Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, access points) with provided tools
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access management
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week per month)
- Train on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and TCP/IP networking concepts
- Strong analytical problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Ohio driver's license for equipment transport
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend training sessions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
