Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Document incident tickets and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and protocols
- Assist with AV equipment setup and maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and in-person
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
