Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and peripheral devices
- Document IT incidents using ServiceNow and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Participate in security awareness initiatives and compliance audits
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system migrations
- Complete monthly training modules and certification milestones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ preferred
- Basic understanding of OS troubleshooting (Windows/macOS)
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in standing/walking environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools
- Willingness to work rotating on-call shifts (1:4 rotation)
