Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Deploy and configure company-issued laptops, peripherals, and network equipment
- Document technical procedures and customer interactions in our ticketing system
- Participate in 12-week paid training program covering Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms
- Support internal staff with IT setup and security protocols
- Assist with network monitoring and basic infrastructure maintenance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passion for technology and willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
