Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 enterprise systems with group policies
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure using Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Manage Active Directory environments and user permissions
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for 200+ endpoints via ServiceNow
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including MFA implementation
- Document SOPs using Confluence and JIRA
- Collaborate with cloud teams on Azure VM deployments
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Ability to lift 50lbs for hardware deployment tasks
- Valid Alaska driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
