Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support for 200+ employees including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and network printers
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and group permissions
- Document IT procedures using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic firewall management
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives including phishing simulations
- Participate in weekly cross-functional IT team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking concepts
- Customer service experience or strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for occasional after-hours on-call rotation
