Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems using company-provided equipment
- Tier-1 support for desktop/laptop issues via ticketing system and remote access
- Assist with network infrastructure maintenance and security protocols
- Create and update technical documentation for SOPs and knowledge base
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after initial training period
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting cases
- Complete vendor certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft) during employment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must reside within 50-mile radius of Atlanta
