Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ users
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in IT security awareness training and incident response drills
- Assist with system updates, patch management, and asset inventory
- Deliver user training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues systematically
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passion for continuous learning and technology trends
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
