Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow and Zendesk platforms
- Deploy and configure end-user devices (laptops, mobile, printers)
- Assist with network monitoring using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Document technical procedures in knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on patch management
- Support cloud migrations to Azure/AWS environments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training phase)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
- Customer service experience or strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
