Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote and onsite support
- Manage helpdesk tickets and document solutions in ITSM systems
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in ongoing training to advance technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred (A+, CompTIA)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, networking, and security concepts
