Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including desktops, laptops, and network devices
- Provide tier-1 technical support to resolve end-user issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with network monitoring, security updates, and system backups
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments and upgrades
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
