- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Assist with network maintenance and security protocols
- Participate in hands-on training workshops covering Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical challenges
- Conduct routine system audits and preventive maintenance checks
Qualifications
