Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining desktop/laptop systems
- Document support tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network troubleshooting
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Support office equipment maintenance (printers, AV systems)
- Conduct user training on software applications
- Adhere to ITIL best practices and SLAs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screen
