Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems including servers, workstations, and network devices
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for enterprise clients
- Document troubleshooting procedures, system changes, and incident reports using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
- Participate in security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system optimization projects
- Train and mentor junior staff on standard operating procedures and best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science preferred
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification desired (training provided)
