Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and softwareDocument support tickets and maintain accurate records in ITSM systems
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
