Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systemsDocument all IT incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with network security protocols and data backups
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical issues
- Participate in weekly technology training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
