Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for desktop/laptop systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Assist with network setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in ongoing training to master new technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Valid Texas driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- CompTIA A+ certification a plus
