Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across 500+ employee network
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for Windows/macOS environments
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and security incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Participate in vendor management and equipment procurement
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving approach
- Customer service experience with ability to explain technical concepts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
