Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network monitoring and security protocols
- Participate in customer training sessions for internal software applications
- Support office IT infrastructure including VoIP systems and cloud services
- Complete industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) during training period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in standing/walking environments
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
