Responsibilities
- Master enterprise-level troubleshooting for Windows/Linux systems and network devices
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including threat detection and incident response
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) under senior guidance
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to 500+ enterprise users
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
