As a key member of our IT department, you will act as the bridge between our technology and our people. You will handle a diverse range of support requests, ensuring that our employees have the tools they need to succeed. What You Will Do:
- Tier 2 Support: Provide expert technical assistance for hardware, software, network connectivity, and security issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Asset Management: Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including provisioning, deploying, and retiring laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- System Administration: Assist in maintaining Active Directory, Microsoft 365 environments, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Incident Management: Log and track all support tickets in our ServiceNow instance, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- User Training: Conduct onboarding sessions and create knowledge base articles to empower users with self-service capabilities.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the infrastructure team on IT upgrades, migrations, and system implementations.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Configure and deploy hardware, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts and security policies.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications (Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Maintain accurate tickets in the Service Desk system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure optimal software utilization.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system incidents.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote access tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with non-technical users.
