Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and update the ticketing system (ServiceNow) to ensure rapid resolution of user issues.
- Perform hardware installations, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees, including setup and security training.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the network and data protection protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
