Your Mission:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our internal employees and clients. You will ensure that our technology infrastructure remains robust, secure, and efficient, allowing our business to operate seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Configure and manage end-user devices, including laptops, smartphones, and peripherals.
- Administer Active Directory user accounts, security groups, and permissions.
- Perform routine maintenance on servers and workstations to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to troubleshoot complex connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Conduct regular IT training sessions for staff to ensure security compliance and software proficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (VPN, RDP) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
