Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and configure endpoint devices including laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset management records
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to implement security best practices
- Train end-users on new technologies and system updates
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with customer service focus
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
