Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain the IT helpdesk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of user requests.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and security patching to maintain system integrity.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment.
