Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve user tickets via ServiceNow with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and cloud applications
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training and implement security protocols
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Support cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365) and backup systems
- Assist with AV installations and conference room technology
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and networking issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work with cabling/infrastructure
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
