Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives aligned with 2026 market trends and technological disruptions
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Oversee end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation through prototyping and commercialization
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI on R&D investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in product innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic technology roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic planning, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or incubators
- Strong network within tech ecosystems and venture capital communities
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) highly valued
