Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives delivered
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
