Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for futuristic technologies
- Collaborate with venture partners on early-stage investments
- Document and scale successful innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product architecture
- Proven track record of launching future-facing technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strategic planning with systems thinking
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with agile and lean innovation frameworks
