You'll lead end-to-end design projects for mobile and web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, data-driven solutions. Our ideal candidate combines creative vision with analytical rigor to solve complex user challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B solutions
- Expertise in user research methodologies and design thinking frameworks
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
