Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications that align with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve design experiences
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UX trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments
