What You'll Achieve: Lead end-to-end development of microservices, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical strategy for high-impact projects. You'll collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into elegant, performant solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Python, and Go
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Optimize system performance for high-traffic financial applications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party payment systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent-pending innovations
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong background in fintech or high-transaction systems
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CI/CD implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design expertise
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
