You'll collaborate with our AI research team to develop and optimize prompt architectures that drive breakthrough results in natural language processing.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize prompt architectures for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 2)
- Create and maintain prompt libraries for enterprise AI applications
- Conduct rigorous prompt testing and performance analysis
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering with model fine-tuning
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create training materials
- Lead prompt optimization workshops for cross-functional teams
- Stay current on emerging AI model capabilities and prompt techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with production AI systems
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level prompt solutions
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and NLP principles
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective prompts
- Experience with prompt evaluation metrics and A/B testing methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
