- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and create detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical network incidents
- Train junior technicians on network best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with VMware virtualization and cloud networking
