Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and data backup procedures
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting tasks
- Participate in training programs for emerging technologies
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers and network devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
