Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, printer malfunctions, and application errors
- Manage active tickets in ServiceNow/Jira with SLA adherence and accurate documentation
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Conduct user training on security protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on escalated incidents and major outages
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on help desk or IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Active Directory
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and VPN technologies
- Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
