Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux systems
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document incident reports using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Collaborate with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for hybrid solutions
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and PowerShell
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and cloud fundamentals
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs for hardware installations
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
