Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Document and resolve service tickets using ITSM tools like Jira
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training on security protocols and best practices
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and networking fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
