Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across enterprise environments
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including access controls and threat monitoring
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Master cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government contracts
