Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in the help desk knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify trends and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently in a flexible environment.
