Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support: Resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues for end-users via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Manage Help Desk Tickets: Log, track, and prioritize incoming support requests using our ITSM tools to ensure timely resolution and SLA adherence.
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, VPN access problems, and software installation errors.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support incidents, resolutions, and system configurations to enhance our knowledge base.
- User Training: Conduct onboarding sessions and provide ongoing technical training to empower employees with the tools they need to succeed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional IT Help Desk or Desktop Support experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification is strongly preferred; Network+ or Security+ a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Active Directory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or in a team setting.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
