Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the Technology Roadmap 2026, defining clear milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to forecast future industry shifts.
- Identify high-impact strategic opportunities and mitigate potential technology risks over the next 3-5 years.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives and department heads to align technology initiatives with broader business goals.
- Oversee the budget allocation for R&D, digital transformation, and future-tech infrastructure investments.
- Build and mentor a team of strategic planners and futurists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic roadmaps and technology forecasts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
