Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the end-to-end innovation strategy for the 2026 horizon, identifying key technological shifts and market opportunities.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D with a focus on emerging tech.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, blockchain, and predictive modeling.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
