Qualifications
- Digital Native: Born between 1997 and 2012 (Gen Z) with a deep, intuitive understanding of the digital ecosystem.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing web design, motion graphics, or interactive installations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS or Webflow.
