As a key architect of our innovation pipeline, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethics specialists, and space tech engineers to develop next-generation frameworks. You'll lead cross-functional teams in prototyping revolutionary systems while ensuring alignment with our core mission: accelerating human progress through ethical, sustainable technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI consciousness, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including neuromorphic computing and decentralized autonomous systems
- Develop strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global innovation ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting technologies with 3-5 year impact windows
- Design ethical frameworks for sentient AI and human-machine symbiosis protocols
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board of directors for funding approval
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, AGI safety, nanotechnology, or space tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds for tech startups
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to responsible innovation
