Responsibilities

- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Advise executive leadership on long-term technology investments and risk mitigation
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor R&D teams on next-generation innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, APF)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience building scenario-planning tools for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
