Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Champion human-centric design principles in all future-facing initiatives
- Mentor a team of future strategists to foster next-generation foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on market disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, MBA, or equivalent
