Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Design and implement prototyping initiatives for future-facing business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable innovation pathways
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or future-ready strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academies) preferred
