Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2026 industry challenges
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for breakthrough collaborations
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps with engineering teams
- Present future-state scenarios at global innovation forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects implemented at scale
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, energy, space)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
- Experience with agile prototyping and rapid innovation frameworks
