Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Deliver executive briefings and board presentations on emerging tech disruptions and market implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, finance, and sustainability sectors
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global conferences (TED, World Economic Forum)
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and ethical innovation principles
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum, neuromorphic computing) and market impact analysis
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS) or advanced degree in Innovation Management
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate rapid technological evolution
